LA-based screenwriter Jack Olsen has probably the nicest automotive man-cave ever constructed.
But not only that, he has a killer race prepped Frankenstein Porsche 911, he’s a successful writer of fiction, and seems like a really nice guy.
Olsen’s garage is arguably more famous than either his car or his books. Especially on the petrolheaded brand of the World Wide Web. This garage even has its own Website.
It’s just a normal double-fronted suburban garage but is so designed as to maximise utilitarian value – showcasing the car port and the chest-high work station to die for.
Olsen shows spooky levels of focus in being able to keep his tools so organised and filed away. He certainly intends to keep his tweaked monster of a Porsche 911 forever, and as he says, to keep tweaking the suspension system until it is perfect.
He also posts a plethora of interesting videos. We particularly dig this film about the correct racing lines of Willow Springs, his favourite Californian race track.
Now we understand what ‘goals’ stands for.
