		<description>Nice artical, could have done with more photo&#039;s of bikes from that era. Today it&#039;s equivalent is the street fighter sceen. 

We used to meet on chelsea bridge then set off for the services on the M4 to see who could get there first.</description>

		<description>Your artical takes me back to my apprentiship days in the sixties when a fellow apprentice, a rocker called Graham Spencer, owned a beautiful BSA 500cc Gold Star with clip on handlebars, racing tank and seat. He took great pleasure in taking me(a mod with a scooter)for rides in our lunch break at un-nerving speeds and angles of cornering. He and his fellow rocker mates used to frequent Johnsons Cafe at the top of Death Hill near Brands Hatch and of course decend at top speed - happy days</description>
