Well, you know what they say "its a fine line between genius and madness". This film certainly proves that. Its complete madness.........yet, theres something so very special about it too!

Anyone want to join me next Sunday for a drive round London to copy this stunt? Ive got a Fiat 124 Sport, might not quite do 140 mph, lol. Im sure that Boris Johnson will let us all off !!!
Be safe, better late in this world, than early in the next.

No you're right, it's not filmed on a bike. The camera is mounted on the bumper of a Mercedes-Benz 450SEL 6.9, although it rumoured that the sound is dubbed and is from Lelouch's Ferrari 275GTB. The Merc was only available in 3-speed transmission and you can hear the car change into 5th, it also has a similar engine note.

Hi, nice film, but are you sure it was fimed from a bike???
It doesn't sound like a bike, I can only count four gears, (maybe five at most), Bike tyres don't squeel, not enough camera lean, two headlamps shine on a wall, not enough suspension travel, etc etc.
Come on, tell us what it realy was, maybe a Dino ???

Kind regards,
Andy
