The picture in yellow is absolutely gorgeous, but I'm not too sure about the car; in those days Audis used to RUST, as I know to my cost. Fortunately, the later ones are rust-proofed.

Hi

Well as someone who previously owned two Audi 100 Coupe S in the past then I agree that the yellow one with a yellow field and yellow lady can be somewhat 'yellow' but there is no denying that the 100 Coupe S was a superb motor at the time (still is in fact). Yet Audi has almost been 'ashamed' of this period of it heritage - it's only since the A5 (5 door) that it draws some reference to the old Coupe. Try getting parts for any of their cars built between 1968 - 82 (apart from the Quattro) and you will see what I mean. Audi should be ashamed and should look to its forebearer VW and Mercedes for some true lessons in heritage (ironically it was Mercedes who sold Audi the 'rights' to the engine that really got them going with the 90, 100LS and 100GLS)
