This campaign on the other hand promotes mock heroic overtones on a decidedly workaday Toyota Crown from around the same time.

In Brazil, of course, a predictably sexy and strangely fright­ening view on Toyota’s legendary reliability

Here, even the Italians admire the design of the Beetle

And Veedub is re-​​imagined here in the image of Grease Lightning

And we’ve always dug the boxy raciness of Volvo 850 Estates.
