In what has to be one of the most desirable homologation series cars ever produced, the road-going version of the Stratos was designed by Bertone with a complete lack of compromise.
Full of unexpected curves, louvres, scalps and openings, the teeny weeny pocket rocket – a totemic example of the high-water mark for the carrozzeria – changes hands at around a quarter of a million quid these days.
It’s not certain how many original versions of these cars were even made, let alone how many are still alive.
It’s Friday, we’re in love.
