The Influx Minizine is Here!

Culture

Our baby has been delivered. The Influx minizine, still hot off the press, reads, looks, feels and even smells great. But we would say that, wouldn’t we?

But, trust us on this. The zine not only features some of the editorial and photographic highlights of the last couple of years of Influx online that saw floods of reader comments – there’s also a tonne of exclusive ‘zine-specific content that beautifully evokes the tactile quality of ink and paper.

For the cover story, for example, there’s some superb photography from the Le Mans Classic courtesy of French talent Laurent Nivalle. We feature a special bike culture folio from Canadian lensman Scott Pommier. There’s specially commissioned artwork from five of our favourite automotive artists. Car magazine stalwart Ben Oliver muses on the relationships between cars and art, while Sideburn Magazine’s Gary Inman details his own strategies when negotiating a motorcylist’s Day of Reckoning.

All in all, we’re pretty proud of the rebirth of the Influx print zine. Visit the page, fill in your details and receive your copy absolutely free of charge!

Looks a little smaller that your usual publication?
Were and when can I get a copy!

  2. As a relatively new subscriber, I am very excited to get a copy for myself. There is a sad shortage of well-done automotive enthusiast material out there in print these days, and I’ve found the published digitally by Influx to be exceptional. I will admit, I’m not as interested in the 2-wheeled pursuits as some readers might be, but there is something artistic and intellectual about this publication and I appreciate your taking the time.

Here’s hoping my being located in Arizona doesn’t put the kibosh on getting a copy for myself. (Pretty sure you guys are located in the EU.)

    Go fast with class!
